罗志丹，校聘副教授，硕士生导师。2012年12月毕业于华中农业大学园艺林学学院，获农学博士学位。长期从事分子生物学及植物功能基因鉴定研究工作，曾经主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金1项、江苏省自主创新探索性项目1项、连云港市科技项目1项，在研项目经费56万元。曾经在《New Phytologist》、《PNAS》、《Plant Growth Regulation》等国内外期刊上发表7篇学术论文，申请国家发明专利1项。获得省科技进步三等奖1项、连云港市科技进步二等奖1项。
主要研究方向：基因工程、功能基因分子标记开发、功能基因鉴定
